Gail Montgomery - I adore EVERY SINGLE hairband that has a single flower and the 7 swarovski crystals in the center. Seriously! I work with a lot of newborns to older little girls and the flower is perfect for all ages – doesn’t overwhelm tiny newborn faces and is the perfect accent for little girls.
