why do I love what I do? photography is something I’m truly passionate about. I get to be creative, I adore capturing children, their imaginations & personalities! what could be better than capturing a moment and creating art that will be cherished for years to come?

things I LOVE in a picture | natural expressions, laughter, smiles, silly giggles & even grumpy frowns, personality, emotion, bare feet, relationships & simplicity.

my other LOVES | my husband, who is my best friend & biggest supporter, my two beautiful & amazing children, who teach me to be a better person every day, laughing, photography, painting, rain in the summertime, the feel of sand on my feet & warm sun on my face, a good challenge, anything girly, tu-tu's, the color pink! baby boutiques, baby feet, dark chocolate & a glass of good red wine.

For anyone that knows me knows that I LOVE LOVE LOVE clothes, especially really adorable girly girl clothes!! Date & more details to come soon but I will be hosting a Matilda Jane party in the next few weeks!!

It makes your day, all day. That is what I want Matilda Jane Clothing to do, make the girl smile from ear to ear. I want her to love what she is wearing and be proud of how she looks. I want Matilda Jane to showcase the sweetness of the child. I try to keep the silhouettes simple for that reason, it’s not about the fancy embroidery, it is about the darling girl wearing it. I want your little girl not to fight with you on what to wear, I want her to be comfortable and I want her to be happy! And that is it.
